Operations and Administration Coordinator

PURPOSE: We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator to provide ongoing support across all our work areas. In this position, you will contribute in an administrative capacity by ensuring the smooth running of projects, effective data and information management, and good governance. 

ROLE TITLE: Operations and Administration Coordinator
REPORTING TO: CEO
LOCATION: Limerick, with hybrid & remote working opportunities to be agreed
HOURS: 21 – 35 hours per week, depending on successful candidate
DURATION OF CONTRACT: 12 months, to be extended if funding is available

Support and Outreach Worker

PURPOSE: The Support and Outreach Worker will work in close collaboration with the other members of the Direct Support team, providing information, referral pathways, personal support and advocacy to rights holders. The successful candidate will assist in the provision of one-to-one supports on a range of issues including access to education, housing, and employment opportunities. The role will also entail outreach to communities and Direct Provision centres.

REPORTING TO: Direct Support Manager
LOCATION: Limerick
HOURS: 35 hours per week
DURATION OF CONTRACT: 12 months. Will be extending if funding is available.

ABOUT THE MIGRANT VICTIM SUPPORT PROJECT

The below roles relate to this project. This is a new pilot project that seeks to develop a multidisciplinary migrant victim support service to people from a migrant background that have been victims of crime, including but not limited to victims of domestic, sexual and gender-based violence, human trafficking and hate crime.


Project Coordinator – Migrant Victim Support

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Project Coordinator will work to design and develop the new Migrant Victim Support service, informed by best practice and in collaboration with the project advisory group. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for a range of duties including project management, policy and research, stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation.

Migrant Victim Support Worker

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Migrant Victim Support Worker will be responsible for developing individual safety and care plans with victims of crime. The Migrant Victim Support Worker will provide holistic supports to victims of crime, including information provision, psycho-social support, court accompaniment and referrals to relevant services as needed.
