The International Protection Act (2015)  came into effect on 31st December 2016.

The new legislation will impact on asylum and family reunification applications in a number of ways, including the key changes outlined below.
Doras Luimni will hold an information session on Wednesday 25th January at 2:30pm to discuss these changes to current asylum applicants and people wishing to apply for family reunification.
