ADVICE & INFORMATION CENTRE
We provide information and advice on immigration-related issues. We provide a free, confidential and professional service, assisting people from migrant backgrounds in accessing their rights and entitlements. Our Advice & Information centre is accessed by over 1,200 people each year.

OPENING HOURS
Our offices are open from 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm (except Mondays and Thursdays when we open at 10.30am). If you need assistance we recommend that you phone to make an appointment before coming, but if it is an emergency you can drop in during those hours.

DIRECT PROVISION OUTREACH
Arrangements can also be made for caseworkers to meet clients in venues such as hospitals, prisons and individual homes if there are mobility issues.
